THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE
Due to the dangers associated with natural gas or high voltage, it is best to leave appliance repairs to a professional. Before you call us, it is always helpful if you have the following information handy.
- The appliance make, model and serial number. Check the back of the unit for this info.
- Do you have a warranty or extended warranty coverage?
- An idea of what is wrong with the appliance. Troubleshooting the problem can help us come to your home prepared with the right parts and equipment to make the repair.
Book your appliance service online and save 20% on the initial service fee. The fee is $140 when booked online or $175 standard, plus tax, and includes the first 30 minutes on-site.
If the repair is completed within that time without additional parts, the initial fee plus tax is the total. If parts or additional labour are needed, the technician will provide an estimate before proceeding.
The initial service fee is payable regardless of the repair outcome. Some service requests may have a different initial fee; we will confirm any change before the visit.
