Book your appliance service online and save 20% on the initial service fee. The fee is $140 when booked online or $175 standard, plus tax, and includes the first 30 minutes on-site.

If the repair is completed within that time without additional parts, the initial fee plus tax is the total. If parts or additional labour are needed, the technician will provide an estimate before proceeding.

The initial service fee is payable regardless of the repair outcome. Some service requests may have a different initial fee; we will confirm any change before the visit.
